In August 2026 Hostinger merged it with its website builder into Hostinger AI Builder, which has two modes: Agentic for vibe coding (the former Horizons experience) and Manual for drag-and-drop editing. The old Horizons URL now redirects to AI Builder. Agentic mode builds websites and web apps such as CRMs, client portals, membership sites and micro SaaS tools, with a built-in backend, user authentication, Stripe payments, a code editor and API integrations. Every plan includes hosting plus a custom domain and business email that are free for the first year, and you can export the full source code to self-host.
